Minting 6.82 crores on Day 1, Stree has emerged as the 12th highest opener of 2018. The movie collected 10.87 crores on its day 2. It now stands at the grand total of 17.69 crores.
The movie, in just 2 days, has crossed Luv Ka The End and Rock On 2 in the list of Shraddha Kapoor’s highest grossing movies of all time. Luv Ka The End in 2011 had collected a mere 5.88 crores during its lifetime. Whereas Rock On 2 earned just 11.59 crores in its lifetime. Stree has crossed both these movies and eliminated Teen Patti from the list.
While actress Shraddha Kapoor has had her highest opener with Ek Villain (2014) with approximately 16 crores, Stree gives Rajkummar his highest day one.
